Features:
- 4-1/8"(105mm) spindle bore; D1-11 camlock spindle nose; 3-bearing spindle support.
- TIMKEN taper roller bearing with 3 point support provides heavy duty cutting ability.
- Headstock is made of rigid, high grade cast iron. All gears are hardened and ground. Main gears are made of Chromium, Nickel, Molybdenum alloy steel.
- 18 spindle speed range from 10 to 1200rpm.
- Electro-magnetic brake reduces the braking time and momentum.
- Electro-magnetic clutch mounted in the heastock for smooth speed change without stopping the motor.
- Automatic forced lubrication in the headstock powered by a direct motor driven lubrication pump.
- Extra rigid one piece casting 19" wide bed with 65 degree rail and heavily ribbed webbing enhance stability under heavy cutting.The guild ways are hardened and grounded.
- 2 speed feeding tailstock, 1:1 and 1:4, for more precise barrel position and dilling work.
- The Universal gear box does not need to excahnge gears for DP & MP threads, including 11-1/2TPI, 13TPI, 13-1/2TPI and 19TPI.
